Welcome to ORU Fogar

In accordance with Article 3 of the United Regions Organisation’s articles of association, all regions, federal states or regional networks wishing to accede to the organisation must complete the following accession process:

1- Send the application for membership duly signed to ORU-Fogar’s Secretariat-General.

2- The application is submitted to the Executive Bureau for Approval, which should be approved by a two-thirds majority.  

3- The Bureau’s decision must then be ratified by the General Assembly and notified to the applying region, federal state or network.

4- As the final step to complete de accession process, the new member will have to pay the annual fee, according to the modalities foreseen by the organisation.
